Grief Work
"Grief Work is Soul Work"
Within my spiritual companioning practice, I offer a sanctuary for sorrow.
Grief is not a problem to be solved - it is a profound expression of love, loss, and change. Grief work is soul work because it touches the deepest places within us.
Who This Space Is For
I offer gentle, compassionate accompaniment for those living with many forms of grief, including:
Death and bereavement
Anticipatory grief
Loss of identity, role, health, or relationship
Cumulative or unacknowledged grief
This work honours grief as a meaningful and personal journey, allowing space for sorrow, love, memory, and transformation to coexist.
