Spiritual Companioning
Spiritual Direction - also known as spiritual companioning - is a practice of attentive listening to the movements of the soul and the presence of the Sacred in everyday life.
Together, we listen for what is emerging, what is being invited, and what may be asking for attention or release. This is not about fixing or advising, but about making room for truth, mystery, and transformation.
Who This Space Is For
Spiritual companioning may be particularly supportive during times of:
Transition or discernment
Spiritual questioning or longing
Loss of meaning or direction
Deepening faith or spiritual practice
Grief and loss
All spiritual and philosophical traditions are welcomed and honoured.
